稳定土拌和机拌和转子及转子罩的结构如图1所示,其主要由拌合转子、驱动马达、减速器及转子罩等组成。转子罩又由箱体、左(右)侧板、后门及耐磨板等组成。拌和机作业时,拌和转子需根据拌合深度的要求上升或下降,转子罩则始终在土层表面浮动。为使转子罩实现浮动功能,其左、右侧板处的孔(马达通过减速器驱动拌和转子的输入端)必须设置成长形豁口,以适应拌和转子的升降。该长形豁口还有另一个作用,即用于检查拌合转子刀头工作的状况。1.改进原因老式拌和机环保性能较差,拌合作业时易于从该长形豁口内排出大量尘土,不符合环保要求。所拌合的石料若从该豁口处飞出,还容易对周围人员造成伤害。为了解决转子罩排泄灰尘的
