水电站工程建设过程中弃渣量大,堆渣场多,弃渣场是产生水土流失的重点部位。多数水电站项目主体工程设计弃渣场时,往往从主体工程布局和工程施工需要考虑弃渣场的位置和数量,对于因弃渣场的布设不合理而造成的水土流失考虑较少。本文以白龙江橙子沟水电站为例,就如何从水土保持的角度优化和控制弃渣场设计,全过程预防和治理工程弃渣造成的水土流失进行初步探讨。
In the process of hydropower station construction, large amount of spoil residue, many pile dumps and spoil dumps are the key parts of soil and water loss. When designing the spoil grounds for most hydropower project owners, the location and quantity of spoil grounds are often taken into account in the layout of the main works and the construction of the works. Consideration of soil and water loss due to the unreasonable layout of the spoil grounds is not considered. In this paper, taking the Orange Zigou Hydropower Station in Bailongjiang as an example, this paper discusses how to optimize and control the design of the spoil ground from the perspective of soil and water conservation and prevent and control the soil and water loss caused by the project spoil in the whole process.
