化学降回压技术的关键在于使用新型流动改进剂。主要通过管壁润湿、破乳、乳化形态反转、分散油滴等作用,从根本上减小原油的流动阻力,从而达到降回压的目的。在大港南部油田,这种技术首先在原作业六区的家三站进行了试验并取得成功,经济效益显著。经分析和现场试验证明,化学降回压技术在大港南部油田具有推广潜力及乐观的应用前景。
The key to chemical back pressure technology is the use of new flow improvers. Mainly through the pipe wall wetting, demulsification, emulsification form inversion, the role of dispersed oil droplets, etc., to fundamentally reduce the flow resistance of crude oil, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing back pressure. In southern Dagang Oilfield, this technology was first tested in the third home station of the original operation six districts and achieved success with significant economic benefits. The analysis and field tests show that the chemical injection back pressure technology has the potential and optimistic prospect in the southern oil field of Dagang.
