目的了解鞍山市市级医疗机构紫外线消毒灯使用中存在的问题。方法采用普查方式,实地调查18家医疗机构紫外线灯安装、使用、记录情况,现场检测紫外线灯强度。结果 18家医疗机构在用的732支紫外线灯中,安装符合规定要求的占87.43%;使用记录比较规范的仅占54.92%。现场共检测625支紫外线灯强度,辐射强度合格率为37.28%。结论鞍山市市级医疗机构紫外线消毒灯在安装使用过程中还存在问题,辐照强度合格率偏低,应进一步加强紫外线灯的管理,保证消毒质量。
Objective To understand the problems in the use of UV disinfection lamps in municipal medical institutions in Anshan. Methods The method of census was used to survey the installation, use and record of ultraviolet light in 18 medical institutions in the field. The intensity of ultraviolet light was detected on site. Results Of the 732 UV lamps used in 18 medical institutions, 87.43% of the UV lamps were installed in compliance with regulatory requirements. Only 54.92% of the 732 UV lamps used in medical records were standardized. A total of 625 UV lamp spot detection intensity, radiation intensity pass rate was 37.28%. Conclusion There are still some problems in the process of installation and use of UV disinfection lamps in municipal medical institutions in Anshan City. The passing rate of irradiation intensity is low. The management of UV lamps should be further strengthened to ensure the quality of disinfection.
