用SDS-PAGE制得的日本血吸虫未成熟虫卵可溶性抗原SIEA54kD抗原免疫小鼠,用尾蚴攻击感染后,其肝内的总虫卵数和成熟卵的比例与对照组小鼠比较有显著的减少。SIEA54kD抗原分子诱导的免疫有很强抗雌虫生殖和抗胚胎发育效果,因此可望作为日本血吸虫抗病疫苗候选分子。
The mice were immunized with the SIEA54kD antigen of unripe Schistosoma japonicum immature egg soluble protein prepared by SDS-PAGE. After infected with cercariae, the total number of eggs and mature eggs in the liver were significantly decreased compared with the control mice . SIEA54kD antigen-induced immunity has strong anti-feminine reproductive and anti-embryonic development effect, it is expected to serve as Schistosoma japonicum vaccine candidate molecules.
