对18例妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者,8名正常孕妇及7名正常非孕妇进行血小板形态学观察,发现孕妇组直径大于3.6μ的、伪足及储备颗粒较多的血小板的比例较非孕妇大,糖元含量也增多,提示血小板活性增高。妊高征组则储备颗粒增加更为显著,并见颗粒融合、开放小管中出现颗粒沉积及管泡样结构明显增多和扩张等,提示血小板释放增强。
Platelet morphology was observed in 18 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH), 8 normal pregnant women and 7 normal non-pregnant women. It was found that the pregnant women with platelet diameter of more than 3.6μ, pseudopodia and reserve more granules The proportion of non-pregnant women than large, glycogen content also increased, suggesting increased platelet activity. Pregnancy-induced hypertension group was more significant increase in the accumulation of particles, and see the particle fusion, open the small particles appear tube deposition and tube-like structure was significantly increased and dilated, suggesting that platelet release increased.
