2013年1月12日,广西兴安县青少年书画学会正式成立。来自兴安县各行业有关人员和青少年书画爱好者等300余人出席了成立大会。县委党委、宣传部长、县人民政府副县长唐庆林,县人大常委会副主任韦辉等领导出席成立大会并揭牌。当天由该县精神文明建设指导委员会办公室、县文联和兴安县青少年书画学会共同主办的“精神文明杯”首届全县青少年书画大赛颁奖仪式同时隆重举行,揭牌
January 12, 2013, Xing’an County, Guangxi Youth Painting and Calligraphy Association was formally established. More than 300 people from various trades and professions such as youth and calligraphy and painting enthusiasts from Xing’an County attended the inaugural meeting. Tang Qinglin, deputy party chief of county party committee and propaganda minister and county people’s government, and Wei Hui, deputy director of county people’s congress, attended the inaugural meeting and opened the door. On the same day, the award ceremony of the “First County Spirit Painting and Calligraphy Contest” co-sponsored by the County Spiritual Civilization Steering Committee Office, County Federation of Literature and Xing’an County Young People’s Painting and Calligraphy Society was held at the same time.
