新医改起步伊始,引起全国媒体热议的事件之一,恐怕就是陕西省神木县所谓的“全民免费医疗制度”。“免费”两字不但吸引了神木县的患者,而且也吸引了全国各地民众羡慕的目光。全民免费医疗制度在许多国家和地区实行,许多中国人在啧啧称奇之余,对这样的制度,多心向往之。但问题在于,这种“神奇”的制度能否落实到中国的现实之中?对此,有必要好好分析一下。
At the very beginning of the new medical reform, one of the events that have aroused heated media attention in the country is probably what the so-called “universal free medical system” in Shenmu County, Shaanxi Province. “Free ” not only attracted the words of patients in Shenmu County, but also attracted the envy of people all over the country. The universal free medical system is practiced in many countries and regions. Many Chinese are amazed at this system, and they are longing for such a system. But the question is, can this “magical” system be implemented in China’s reality? In this regard, it is necessary to analyze it carefully.
