在市场经济条件下,市场营销人才是各种类型企业中的非常重要的人力资源。然而,近年来市场营销专业学生的就业状况却并不尽如人意。营销岗位空缺与营销专业就业难的现象并存。如何解决这种两难状况,培养满足社会需要的营销人才是摆在我们营销教育工作者面前的一个非常重要的课题。本文从市场营销专业的课程设计入手,调整专业课程内容,把营销专业与相近专业进行整合,把关联性比较强的课程整合成为一个教学板块,采用板块式的教学模式,更好地提高教学效率。
In a market economy, marketing professionals are very important human resources in all types of businesses. However, the employment status of marketing majors in recent years has not been satisfactory. Marketing vacancies and marketing professional employment difficult coexist.
