目的探讨金属烤瓷冠应用于前牙修复的临床应用效果及对前牙的美观修复情况。方法对大理州人民医院口腔颌面外科2007年1月至2010年5月采用金属烤瓷冠进行前牙修复96例患者的临床资料进行总结与分析。结果随访1～3年,96例患者金属烤瓷冠修复后色泽形态未发生改变,功能良好。结论合理选择适应证,金属烤瓷冠修复前牙具有美观、色泽逼真、光滑耐磨等特点,越来越多的应用于前牙的修复,可以获得满意效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of metal porcelain crowns in restoration of anterior teeth and the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients who underwent anterior teeth restoration from January 2007 to May 2010 in Dali People’s Hospital of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery were summarized and analyzed. Results One to three years follow-up, the color and shape of the porcelain fused ceramic crowns in 96 patients did not change and their functions were good. Conclusion Reasonable choice indications, metal porcelain crowns restoration of the anterior teeth with beautiful, vivid color, smooth and wear-resistant characteristics, more and more applied to the restoration of anterior teeth, you can get satisfactory results.
