采用组织化学-显微分光光度法和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法定量测定了工业品六氯环己烷染毒小鼠的精子、睾丸及附睾乳酸脱氢酶X同工酶(LDH-X)的含量,结果表现出明显下降并呈剂量-效应关系。提示工业品六氯环己烷能抑制小鼠生殖细胞LDH-X进而影响精子的能量代谢及运动能力。并对工业品六氯环己烷影响小鼠生殖细胞LDH-X的机理进行了讨论。
The lactate dehydrogenase X isoenzymes (LDH-X) of spermatozoa, testis and epididymis of industrial hexachlorocyclohexane-treated mice were quantitatively determined by histochemical-microscopic spectrophotometry and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis The results showed a significant decline and a dose-response relationship. Hint industrial hexachlorocyclohexane can inhibit mouse germ cell LDH-X and thus affect sperm energy metabolism and exercise capacity. The mechanism of industrial hexachlorocyclohexane affecting mouse germ cells LDH-X was also discussed.
