水利事业单位是水利行业的主体,是水利基础产业的重要组成部分,随着国家经济体制改革的不断深入,其人事管理已成为水利事业单位深化改革的重要课题之一。 事业单位的管理最终就是人事管理 1.人事管理的基本任务 (1)选取最称职的人; (2)有效而充分运用人力; (3)维持并促进职工为单位工作的高度责任感。 从上述人事管理的三大基本任务来看,人事管理的核心是选拔人才和如何充分调动每个职工的积极性、创造性问题。
