日本烟业公司与东京大学生产技术研究所铃木敬爱教授共同研制成高精度材料强度测试装置,用于测定物质表面受中子或离子照射时的受损情况。从磁带等极薄的膜状材料强度测定到原子反应堆、核聚变反应堆材料的研制、测试等,可望有广泛的用途。新装置将金刚石针压住材料,根据由此产生的损伤深度测定材料的强度。金刚石针的荷载,通过电磁力可在10~1500mg的范围内调节。测伤时用光纤照射光,根据光的反射宽度算出强度。
Japan Tobacco Company and the Institute of Technology, Tokyo University of Technology Professor Suzuki Jing Ai jointly developed a high-precision material strength test device for the determination of material surface by neutron or ion irradiation damage. From tapes and other ultra-thin film-like material strength measurement atomic reactors, nuclear fusion reactor material development, testing, is expected to have a wide range of uses. The new device will diamond needle pressed material, according to the depth of the resulting damage measured material strength. Diamond needle load, through the electromagnetic force can be adjusted in the range of 10 ~ 1500mg. The optical fiber is used to irradiate the light when measured, and the intensity is calculated from the reflection width of the light.
