物件可以传承,菜品亦然。它们有的系宫廷秘制,有的是民间流传;但更多的,还是由家庭所传,那就是传家菜。传家菜历代传承,已成为一个家族的一部分,它们承载着家人的亲情与关爱,如血脉一般,将这个家连成一体。我家也有一道口味十分醇厚的传家菜——粉蒸肉。粉蒸肉的做法可谓多矣,光史料记载,便多达千余种,民间流传的更是不计其数。我家的粉蒸肉做法虽无独门秘诀,亦有其独特讲究之处。
