目的:探讨超声技术在中孕胎儿疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2014年3月至2015年9月在我院进行产检的中孕产妇514名为研究对象,应用实时二维联合三维彩色多普勒超声仪对中孕胎儿进行多个切面的检查,观察胎儿疾病的发生情况,并进行产后随访。结果:产后检出患有疾病的胎儿为21例,超声检查检出患病胎儿为21例,其中5例为颅脑畸形,4例为颜面部畸形,5例为心脏疾病,3例为消化道及腹壁异常,4例为开放性脊椎裂和颈部水囊瘤。超声检查诊断结果与临床引产或分娩的结果相一致。结论:超声技术在中孕胎儿疾病中的诊断率高,可以在产前明确胎儿异常的形态结构,提高畸形胎儿的检出率,对降低新生儿的死亡率具有十分重要的意义,该技术值得在临床进行广泛应用。
Objective: To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetus in second trimester. METHODS: A total of 514 middle-term pregnant women who were undergoing childbirth in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 were enrolled in this study. Multiple sections of fetus were examined by real-time two-dimensional combined three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography. Observe the occurrence of fetal disease, and postpartum follow-up. RESULTS: Twenty-one fetuses were detected in post-partum and 21 fetuses were diagnosed by ultrasound. The diagnostic results of ultrasound are consistent with those of clinical induction or delivery. Conclusion: Ultrasound has a high diagnostic rate in fetuses of second trimester, which makes it possible to clarify the abnormal morphological structure of fetuses and increase the detection rate of fetuses with abnormal fetuses, which is of great importance to reduce neonatal mortality rate. This technique is worth Widely used in clinical practice.
