从液压系统的节能原理出发,对ZDY1200L和ZDY1200S两种煤矿用坑道钻机的液压系统进行比较分析,并通过实验进行了验证。研究表明:采用了流量适应回路节能技术的液压钻机比采用传统定量泵系统的钻机能耗损耗更少、效率更高。
Based on the principle of energy saving in hydraulic system, the hydraulic system of two tunnel boring machines of ZDY1200L and ZDY1200S is comparatively analyzed and verified through experiments. The research shows that the hydraulic drilling rig adopting the energy-saving technology of flow adaptation loop has less energy consumption and higher efficiency than the drilling rig adopting the traditional quantitative pumping system.
