振动流化床广泛用于制糖、塑料、乳品、医药、化肥、化工、盐业和冶金等工业部门,在干燥方面,其具有流态化均匀、干燥效果好和节能等特点,但在茶叶干燥中运用较少。针对这种情况,测定了碎茶的基本物理与机械特性,设计出一款用于茶叶干燥的振动流化床干燥机,对电机的选择及其安装角度、弹簧等部件进行了设计,对所需风量及热量进行了计算。运用Solidworks画出三维图,用CAD画出二维图,最后用ANSYS对布风板进行模态分析,求解得到干燥机的前10阶固有频率和模态振型。结果表明,干燥机的工作频率能够避开固有频率,有效避免共振的同时能起到很好的隔振效果,样机符合生产要求。
Vibration fluidized bed is widely used in sugar, plastic, dairy, medicine, fertilizer, chemical, salt and metallurgy industries. In the aspect of drying, it has the characteristics of even fluidization, good drying effect and energy saving. However, Dry less used. In response to this situation, the basic physical and mechanical properties of broken tea were determined, and a vibrating fluidized bed dryer for tea drying was designed. The selection of the motor and its installation angle, spring and other components were designed. Required air volume and heat were calculated. Using Solidworks to draw three-dimensional map, using CAD to draw two-dimensional map, and finally using ANSYS modal analysis of the wind board, the solution obtained by the first 10 natural frequencies and modal vibration mode. The results show that the working frequency of the dryer can avoid the natural frequency, effectively avoid the resonance and can play a good vibration isolation effect, the prototype meets the production requirements.
