本文报告应用细胞谱系特异分化标记的抗体对20例急性白血病病人的原始细胞进行研究。根据FAB分类13例为AML,7例为ALL。取病人外周血或骨髓单个核细胞,使用一组单克隆抗体和高度特异性的异体血清以测定细胞的表现型,用之作细胞表面及胞浆荧光标记染色,以识别细胞的谱系。采用3个混合的表面染色试剂,以检测双标记细胞的特殊类别。第一筛选,找寻具有胞浆为Spectrin的表面标记,去除红系特异性。第二筛选,检测出因子Ⅷ阳性表面标记细胞去除An51。第三筛选,检测出胞浆为免疫球蛋白的非
In this paper, we report the use of antibodies specifically labeled by cell lineages to study the original cells of 20 patients with acute leukemia. According to the FAB classification, 13 cases were AML and 7 cases were ALL. Peripheral blood or bone marrow mononuclear cells were taken from the patients, and a set of monoclonal antibodies and highly specific allogeneic serum were used to determine the phenotype of the cells and stained with cell surface and cytoplasm fluorescent markers to identify the cell lineage. Three mixed surface staining reagents were used to detect the special class of double-labeled cells. In the first screening, a surface marker with a cytoplasm of Spectrin was sought to remove erythroid specificity.
