体操教学是高校体育教学体系中的重要构成部分,对促进大学生身心健康发展具有积极作用和意义。随着新课程改革的推进,高校体操教学整体发展良好,并逐渐实现了其预定目标。但是在此过程中,受某些因素的影响,部分体操教学问题依然存在,如师资力量匮乏、学生评级片面等。本文在对体操教学存在问题做出分析和论述的基础上,就优化体操教学的策略进行了研究。
Gymnastics teaching is an important part of college PE teaching system, which plays a positive role and significance in promoting the healthy development of college students. With the advancement of the new curriculum reform, the gymnastics teaching in colleges and universities as a whole has been developing well and has gradually realized its intended goal. However, in this process, some gymnastic teaching problems still exist due to some factors, such as lack of teachers’ ability and one-sided rating of students. Based on the analysis and discussion of the existing problems of gymnastics teaching, this paper studies the strategies of optimizing gymnastic teaching.
