弹磁合金是一种在低磁场下,具有一定磁性的高弹性合金。随着现代科学技术的发展,有些仪器仪表的零件,需要在磁场中工作,既作为导磁元件,又作为弹性敏感元件。这就要求研制一种兼具磁性和弹性等综合性能的新型材料.本文介绍二种已在压力传感器等精密仪器仪表上应用的弹磁合金:Cr19Ni4SiV合金和Ni43Co20MoCrTi等合金.这些合金具有高的弹性,适当的导磁率,低的矫顽力,以及良好的机械性能和抗腐蚀性能。
Magneto-elastic alloy is a kind of high-elasticity alloy with certain magnetic properties under low magnetic field. With the development of modern science and technology, some instrumentation components, need to work in the magnetic field, both as a magnetically conductive element, but also as a flexible sensor. This requires the development of a new material that combines magnetic and elastic properties.In this paper, we introduce two types of elastomeric alloys, Cr19Ni4SiV and Ni43Co20MoCrTi, which have been used in precision instrumentation such as pressure sensors.These alloys have high elasticity , Appropriate magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
