目的对宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术在输卵管性不孕症治疗中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取输卵管性不孕症患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组58例行常规通液治疗,观察组62例行宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术治疗,对比两组患者输卵管通畅率、并发症发生率、1年妊娠率和妊娠者受孕时间。结果对照组术后并发症发生率为15.5%,观察组未发生术后并发症;观察组输卵管通畅率显著高于对照组,1年妊娠率显著高于对照组,妊娠者受孕时间显著短于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输卵管性不孕症患者治疗中宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术具有显著疗效,可大幅提高患者妊娠率且安全性高,值得在临床中推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic tubal catheterization in the treatment of tubal infertility. Methods 120 patients with tubal infertility were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 58 patients underwent conventional fluid treatment, the observation group of 62 patients underwent hysteroscopic tubal catheterization treatment, compared the two groups of patients with tubal patency rate , Complication rate, 1-year pregnancy rate and pregnancy time. Conclusions In the treatment of tubal infertility patients with hysteroscopic tubal catheterization has a significant effect, can significantly improve the pregnancy rate and safety of patients, it is worth promoting in the clinic.
