美国德州大学图书馆学科馆员以移动服务车为载体,主动走出图书馆,加强与读者的双向互动交流。活动过程中应用在线视频、二维码识别等新技术,使学科服务质量与效率得到改观。
The subject librarians of the University of Texas State Library take the mobile service car as the carrier, take the initiative to walk out of the library and strengthen two-way interaction with readers. During the activity, new technologies such as online video and QR code recognition were applied to improve the quality and efficiency of academic services.
