我科自1987年1月至1989年1月对26例晚期食管癌采用大剂量顺铂为主联合方案治疗,现对其治疗结果报告如下: 26例均系晚期食管癌,无根治性放疗及手术治疗指征。男23例,女3例。年龄31-68岁,中位年龄50岁。鳞癌24例,腺癌1例,未定型1例。初治20例,放疗后复发并远处转移5例,手术后远处转移1例。病变局限食管并有明显压迫症状3例,远处淋巴结转移20例,肺转移3例。
In our department from January 1987 to January 1989, 26 cases of advanced esophageal cancer were treated with a large dose of cisplatin. The treatment results are reported as follows: 26 cases were advanced esophageal cancer, no radical radiotherapy and Surgical treatment indications. There were 23 males and 3 females. Age 31-68 years old, median age 50 years old. 24 cases had squamous cell carcinoma, 1 had adenocarcinoma, and 1 had undefined type. Twenty cases were initially treated, 5 cases recurred after radiotherapy and distant metastases, and 1 case was distantly metastasized after surgery. The lesions confined the esophagus and there were 3 cases of obvious compression symptoms, 20 cases of distant lymph node metastases, and 3 cases of lung metastases.
