我院于1983年3月收住1例V 外斜综合征,采取水平肌斜视矫正手术,并作水平肌上下移位,收到良好效果。现报道如下:病例:张某某,女,26岁,未婚,住院号10440,1983年3月26日入院。主诉:左眼外斜24年。随着年龄的增长,斜视逐渐增重,视力下降明显。曾验光不能矫正,影响工作,时感不适。体格检查,无阳性体征。眼部检查;右眼视力1.5,其他无异常;左眼视力0.1,近视力0.5,矫正0.4,眼睑(-),球结膜(-)角膜(-),前房(-),虹膜(-),瞳孔(-)。眼底正常。斜视角
Our hospital in March 1983 admitted to a case of V outside the oblique syndrome, to take horizontal muscle strabismus surgery, and horizontal muscle up and down shift, received good results.
