技术溢出效应是经济学意义上的一种外部效应。利用技术溢出效应来促进本国的技术进步,是发展中东道国从国际直接投资中获得的重要收益之一。林业在引进外资中应积极关注 FDI 的技术溢出效应,并努力创造有利于技术溢出的相关环境。
Technology spillover effect is an economic effect of an external effect. The use of technology spillover effects to promote technological progress in the country is one of the major benefits that developing host countries have gained from international direct investment. Forestry should pay close attention to the technology spillover effect of FDI in the introduction of foreign investment and work hard to create a relevant environment conducive to technological spillover.
