中央军委主席江泽民日前签署命令,颁发重新修订的中国人民解放军《内务命令》、《纪律条令》、《队列条令》(统称共同条令)和《警备条令》。重新修订的共同条令和警备条令,充分反映了新形势下军队建设和管理的客观规律,是治军带兵的基本法规和全军人员必须严格遵守的共同准则。新条令的颁发施行,对于在新的历史条件下保证党对军队的绝对领导,保证党的十五大精神在全军的贯彻落实,全面贯彻质量建军方针,巩固和提高部队战斗力,具有十分重要的意义。新条令自颁发之日起在全军部队施行。国务院第62次常务会议原则通过了《中华人民共和国消防法(草案)》和《中华人民共和国森林法修正案(草案)》,确定作进一步修改后,提请全国人大常委会审议。会议原则通过了《证券投资基金管理暂行办法》,确定作进一步修改后进行试点。
