为了摸清农村出生缺陷情况,我们于1986年进行了全县出生缺陷调查。调查按全国统一方法进行。现将调查结果报告如下:1986年全县共出生7512人,查出出生缺陷儿193人,早发174人,多发19人,本县出生缺陷发生率为25.69‰,中枢神经系统畸形37例,占总发现畸型的19.17％。其中神经管缺陷33例,发病率为4.39‰,占中枢神经系统畸形的89.19％。出生缺陷顺序是第一神经管缺陷,第二肌肉骨骼缺陷,第三唇腭裂。男多于女。
In order to find out the birth defects in rural areas, we conducted a survey of birth defects in the county in 1986. The investigation shall be conducted according to a unified national method.
