993年2月22日，七届人大常委会30次会议审议通过了《中华人民共和国产品质量法》，决定于今年9月1日起施行，谨以此文纪念这项法律的颁布和实施。 ──作者题记
On February 22, 993, the 30th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventh National People’s Congress examined and adopted the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Product Quality” and decided to go into effect on September 1 this year.
