目的:评价苯氟雷司片治疗2型糖尿病的有效性和安全性。方法:采用多中心、随机、对照、双盲、阳性药平行对照试验设计,入组240例患者,以盐酸二甲双胍片为对照药,考察苯氟雷司片对糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)变化、HbAlc达标率、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后1/2h血糖(PPG1/2)、餐后2h血糖(PPG2)、血脂、空腹血清胰岛素水平、餐后1/2h血清胰岛素、餐后2h血清胰岛素等指标进行考察。结果:苯氟雷司和盐酸二甲双胍均能显著降低糖尿病患者的HbAlc、FPG、PPG1/2、PPG2、空腹胰岛素水平和餐后1/2h胰岛素水平,二者的降糖疗效相当,同时苯氟雷司片还有显著的降血脂作用,且具有良好的安全性。结论:苯氟雷司片具有良好的降血糖和降血脂效果,服用量小,安全性较好,适宜临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of phentermine tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: Phenylfluorfen tablets have good hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effect, taking a small amount, good safety, suitable for clinical use.
