只要常吃燕麦麸皮,就不必为胆固醇而担忧。对于这一信息,初一看,很简单。但是经过广告的反复宣传,再加我们出于对健康的关心,总以为吃得多多益善,于是就开始对含有燕麦麸皮的麦片饼干和松饼狼吞虎咽。可是,哈佛大学的一份研究报告却指出,燕麦麸皮对胆固醇并没有什么直接影响。那么,这是不是说燕麦里的饮食纤维素是无用的呢?被称颂为具有抗癌能力的小麦麸皮又怎样呢?我们是否不久也将认为它在这方面是不起作用的呢?
