目的:了解翔安区集体儿童营养性缺铁性贫血情况,分析贫血原因,为防治儿童贫血提供科学依据。方法:分析2005~2007年翔安区托幼机构集体儿童定期健康体检中血红蛋白测定资料。结果:儿童贫血患病率呈逐年下降趋势。3年间共检查4331人,贫血人数424人,贫血患病率为9.79%,其中轻度贫血417人,占贫血人数的98.35%,中度贫血7人,占贫血人数的1.65%,无重度及极重度贫血。结论:儿童的健康应从幼儿期抓起,在托幼园所儿童及家长中开展营养知识教育,合理调整儿童饮食结构,纠正偏食、挑食的不良习惯,可以降低贫血发生率。
Objective: To understand the nutritional deficiencies of children with iron deficiency anemia in Xiang'an District, analyze the causes of anemia and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of childhood anemia. Methods: The data of hemoglobin in the regular physical examinations of collective children in child care institutions in Xiang'an District from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed. Results: The prevalence of anemia in children showed a declining trend year by year. During the three years, a total of 4331 people were examined, the number of anemic people was 424 and the prevalence of anemia was 9.79%, of which 417 were mild anemia, accounting for 98.35% of the total anemia, 7 were moderate anemia and 1.65% were anemic, Very severe anemia. Conclusion: The health of children should be started from early childhood. Nutrition knowledge education should be carried out among children and their parents in nursery schools. Reasonable adjustment of children 's diet structure and correction of partial or partial eating habits can reduce the incidence of anemia.
