我国已经加入WTO,为迎接“入世”经济全球化的机遇与挑战,提高参与国际竞争的水平和能力积聚优势,实现瓦轴在新世纪的跨越式发展,今年,瓦轴在生产组织上全面推行准时化生产管理方式。 准时化生产方式源于日本丰田汽车公司的一种生产管理方法,是目前世界上最先进、最科学的生产组织方式之一。基本思想是:只在需要的时候,按需要的量,生产所需的产品,以杜绝超量生产和库存,消除无效劳动和浪费,达到以最少的投入,实现最大产出的目的。这种生产方式的核心是追求一种快速、准时、无库存或使库存达到最小的生产组织形式。
