药理剂量的促黄体生成素释放激素(LHRH)及其高活性类似物对两性生殖机能具有异相的抑制作用。本工作在去垂体伴用几种垂体激素的大鼠研究了LHRH及其高活性类似物对睾丸LH受体含量以及甾体生成的抑制作用。作者使用去垂体的未成年或成年雄性大鼠做实验,术后第2到第5天开始每天皮下注射各种剂量的LHRH或一种LHRH的高活性类似物,连续用药5天。部分动物用LHRH或其类似物同时配用垂体的激素(LH、FSH、催乳素、生长素),单用一种或联合用药。于最后一次用药后24小时处死动物,取睾丸称重,部分睾丸制备成匀浆后用
Pharmacological doses of luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH) and its highly active analogs have heterogeneous inhibitory effects on the reproductive performance of the genitals. This work in the pituitary gland associated with several pituitary hormone in rats LHRH and its highly active analogues on testicular LH receptor content and steroidogenesis inhibition. The authors used hypophysectomized adult or adult male rats to experiment. Each dose of LHRH or a highly active analogue of LHRH was injected subcutaneously daily for days 5 and 5 postoperatively for 5 consecutive days. Some animals with LHRH or its analogues with pituitary hormone (LH, FSH, prolactin, auxin), alone or in combination. Twenty-four hours after the last dose, animals were sacrificed, testicular weights were taken, and some of the testes were prepared for homogenization
