为了解决目前厂拌乳化沥青冷再生的相关问题和技术难点,以促进该技术在辽宁地区的应用和推广,本文通过相关的试验研究,研制出1种基于层次性破乳的乳化沥青冷再生混合料,然后分析不同因素作用下基于层性破乳的乳化沥青冷再生混合料破乳时间规律,并分析其路用性能。结果表明在性能基本不变的前题下,可以通过改变添加剂、乳液的p H值和拌和温度来调整基于层次性破乳的厂拌乳化沥青冷再生混合料的破乳时间;基于层次性破乳的厂拌乳化沥青冷再生混合料路用性能比普通厂拌乳化沥青冷再生混合料的路用性能更优越。结论基于层次性破乳的乳化沥青冷再生技术可有效解决目前乳化沥青冷再生技术的技术难题和缺陷。
In order to solve the problems and technical difficulties in the current cold-regenerated plant-emulsified asphalt recycling to promote the application and promotion of this technology in Liaoning Province, this paper through the relevant experimental study, developed a based on the level of demulsification emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixed Then, the demulsification time rule of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture based on layer demulsification under different factors was analyzed, and the road performance was analyzed. The results show that the demulsification time can be adjusted by changing the p H value and the mixing temperature of additives and emulsions under the premise of the same basic performance, The road performance of the milk plant mixed emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture is superior to that of the common plant mixed emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture. Conclusion The technology of emulsified asphalt cold regeneration based on hierarchical demulsification can effectively solve the technical problems and defects of the current cold emulsified asphalt recycling technology.
