蒙古语在其生活、生产等各个方面发挥着重要作用。然而,随着农村城镇化、世界经济一体化以及互联网的快速发展,也使得蒙古语的保护和传承面临危机,蒙古语的发展亟待从法律和政策的角度加以规范和保护,并且应当更加细致地制定法律政策使保护民族语言,传承民族文化具有可行性和高效性。因此,挽救蒙古语传承危机势在必行。文章将结合党的十八大报告中所提出的“五位一体”的号召,从政治、经济、历史文化、社会等方面分别研究讨论并从法律角度浅谈蒙古语传承危机的解决措施。
Mongolian plays an important role in all aspects of its life and production. However, with the urbanization in rural areas, the integration of the world economy and the rapid development of the Internet, the protection and inheritance of Mongolian are also facing a crisis. The development of Mongolian language needs to be regulated and protected from the perspective of law and policy, and more careful It is feasible and efficient to formulate laws and policies to protect the national language and inherit the national culture. Therefore, it is imperative to save the inheritance of Mongolian crisis. The article will combine the call of “Five in One” put forward in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to study and discuss separately from the aspects of politics, economy, history, culture and society, and discuss the resolution of inheritance of crisis in Mongolian from legal point of view .
