Throughout ancient and modern history, there are five thousand years of Chinese history. There are no varieties of food that permeate all aspects of Chinese culture like rice wine. It is the earliest origin of our country, the most common drinking wine. Before the Yuan Dynasty, almost all of China’s drinking rice wine. Rice wine, is a prehistoric product. Huainanzi, a book published in the Han Dynasty, holds the view that: “The beauty of the Qing Dynasty (Central Asia) started with the 耒 耜”, where 耒 and 耜 are both agricultural producers
