棕色脂肪和米色脂肪合称为产热脂肪,其生理作用为产热和消耗能量,激活产热脂肪是治疗肥胖和代谢性疾病的一条新途径,但无论是从来源、分化过程、生化特征、转录调控因素以及产热作用上,米色脂肪均有别于传统意义上的棕色脂肪。体育锻炼与脂肪细胞和产热过程密切相关,研究发现其可通过多种信号途径及方式影响棕色脂肪和米色脂肪的诱导分化和产热过程,且不同的运动方式对产热脂肪的代谢影响也存在争议。本文就棕色脂肪和米色脂肪近年来在体育锻炼方面的研究进展和争论作一综述。

The study found that it can affect the differentiation and thermogenesis of brown fat and beige fat through a variety of signaling pathways and ways, and the metabolic effects of different exercise modes on thermogenic fat are also affected there is controversy. This article reviews the research progress and controversy of brown fat and beige fat in physical exercise in recent years.
