利用8 ×8 完全双列杂交模式,采用Griffing 方法Ⅱ及杂种优势分析方法对穗叶距性状进行了研究。结果表明,穗叶距杂种优势变异范围为- 25-26 % ~55-66 % ,平均优势为15-95 % ,杂种优势与超亲优势呈高度正相关,也与其特殊配合效应呈高度正相关;组合优势大小与亲本表现无关,但含共同亲本的组合优势趋于一致。穗叶距的遗传特性符合加性—显性遗传模型,以加性基因效应为主,遗传决定度高达91-98 % ,狭义遗传力为67-25 %
The 8 × 8 complete diallel cross pattern was used to study the panicle traits using Griffing method Ⅱ and heterosis analysis. The results showed that the variation range of heading distance was 25-26% ~ 55-66%, and the average advantage was 15-95%. The heterosis was highly positively correlated with the super-parents’ superiority and was also highly positively correlated with its special combining effect ; The size of combination advantage has nothing to do with the performance of the parents, but the combination advantages with the common parents tend to be consistent. The genetic characteristics of panicle leaf spacing accorded with additive-dominance genetic model, with additive gene effect as the dominant gene, genetic determinacy was as high as 91-98% and narrow heritability as 67-25%
