本文分析了国内外磨削温度的计算方法,指出了用有限元法及有限差分法在时间递推上的优势,用以处理二维不稳态磨削温度场.得出了有重要理论和实用价值的磨削温度计算公式,拟定了相应的计算机程序,对不同磨削用量下的温度场进行了数值计算及大量的试验对比,采用了Peklenik测温法通过计算机实现数据采集.试验结果表明,理论计算值与试验值相当吻合,并得出一些重要结论.
This paper analyzes the calculation method of grinding temperature at home and abroad, and points out the advantage of finite element method and finite difference method in time recursion to deal with two-dimensional unsteady grinding temperature field.
