苏联解体后,俄语地位受到严重影响,尤其是在原苏联国家(俄罗斯除外),学习俄语的人数极具缩减,俄语的使用范围受到不同程度的限制。俄语在境外的传播和推广出现了前所未有的困难。与此同时,随着全球化的进一步深入,国际文化语言竞争激烈。在此大背景下,俄罗斯积极调整其文化外交战略,把在境外推广俄语视为巩固俄罗斯的国际权威和树立良好形象的重要途径。这也为中国的汉语国际推广提供了借鉴。
After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Russian status was severely affected, especially in the former Soviet Union countries (except Russia), the number of Russian learners was greatly reduced, and the scope of Russian use was limited to varying degrees. Russians have experienced unprecedented difficulties in their dissemination and promotion abroad. At the same time, as globalization further deepens, international cultural language competition is fierce. Against this background, Russia actively adjusted its cultural diplomacy strategy and promoted the promotion of Russian abroad as an important way to consolidate Russia’s international authority and establish a good image. This also provides a reference for Chinese international promotion in China.
