针对薄壁堆焊结构中为裂纹类缺陷定位定量检测的需要,作者采用TOFD(Time Of Flight Diffraction)缺陷检测系统进行了检测。研究了其超声衍射时间差法的检测特征,对获得的A扫描信号和B、D扫描图像的特征进行了分析和解释。结果表明,该方法可以检测到表面下2~10mm内的垂直裂缝,结合A扫描信号和B、D扫描图像的特征,能够有效地对裂纹状缺陷进行识别、定位和定量。该技术能为堆焊质量评价提供比较可靠准确的信息;具有实用价值。
In order to meet the need of quantitative detection of crack-like defects in thin-wall surfacing structure, the author uses TOFD (Time Of Flight Diffraction) defect detection system to detect. The characteristics of time-difference method of ultrasonic diffraction were studied. The characteristics of A-scan signal and B, D-scan images obtained were analyzed and explained. The results show that this method can detect the vertical cracks within 2 ~ 10mm under the surface. Combining the features of A - scan signal and B - scan and D - scan images, the method can effectively identify, locate and quantify crack defects. The technology can provide reliable and accurate information for the quality evaluation of surfacing; it is of practical value.
