以番茄、茄子、西葫芦、大白菜、甘蓝为试材,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)技术建立了蔬菜中12种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的检测方法。结果表明:样品经乙腈提取,氨基固相萃取小柱净化,以waters BEH T3色谱柱分离,采用多反应检测模式对试材进行检测,外标法定量;在质量浓度1~100μg/L范围内呈良好线性,相关系数均大于0.99。在空白基质中添加3个水平加标试验,回收率为65.2%~119.2%,相对标准偏差均小于5%。该方法灵敏度高、准确可靠、精密度好、选择性强,可以满足蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留检测的要求。
The detection methods of 12 carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables were established by using UPLC-MS / MS with tomato, eggplant, zucchini, Chinese cabbage and cabbage as test materials. The results showed that the sample was extracted with acetonitrile and purified with amino-solid phase cartridge and separated by waters BEH T3 column. The samples were detected by multi-reaction assay and quantified by external standard method. The mass concentration range was 1 ~ 100μg / L Showed good linearity with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99. In the blank matrix, three horizontal spiked tests were performed, the recoveries were 65.2% -119.2%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 5%. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, accuracy and reliability, good precision and strong selectivity, and can meet the requirements of residue detection of carbamate pesticides in vegetables.
