1 The Necessity of Developing Tianjin’s Rural Food Processing Industry 1.1 Developing rural food processing industry is an effective way to solve the “three rural issues” from an industrial perspective. Agriculture, rural areas, and farmers are the main focus of China’s rural political economy. The municipal government has also clearly proposed an increase. The major work targets for farmers’ income, improvement of agricultural production, and prosperity of the rural economy: Tianjin is a small rural village with a large number of people in rural areas, making full use of local and vast hinterland agricultural resources to develop the food industry to avoid weaknesses, increase employment, and increase farmers’ income. As the food industry is the most directly related industry in agriculture, especially in large cities, consumers will buy more workers.
