目的 :探讨女子篮球运动员运球侧切对膝关节负荷的影响,以了解造成前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤的风险因素。方法 :使用Vicon motion System红外摄像系统(200HZ)、Kistler测力台(1000HZ)以及Noraxon生物电信号采集系统(1000HZ)收集15名二级女子篮球运动员运球侧切动作支撑期的资料;Visual 3D软件计算膝关节角度和力矩;Noraxon软件计算肌肉活动,所有参数进行配对样本t检验。结果 :在支撑缓冲前20%阶段,运球女子运动员膝关节的屈曲、外翻角度峰值、外翻力矩及旋转力矩峰值、股四头肌和腘绳肌的共同收缩比值大于不运球的运动员,膝关节旋转角度和膝关节屈曲/伸展力矩并没有差异。结论 :女子篮球运动员在进行运球侧切时,膝关节承受较大的关节负荷,这可能是造成ACL损伤的原因。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of lateral ball-cutting on the knee joint load of female basketball players in order to understand the risk factors of ACL injury. Methods: The data of supporting period of 15 secondary female basketball players dribbling lateral movement were collected using Vicon motion system infrared camera system (200HZ), Kistler dynamometer (1000HZ) and Noraxon bioelectric signal acquisition system (1000HZ). Visual 3D software Knee angles and moments were calculated; Noraxon software calculated muscle activity and all parameters were paired t-test. Results: The knee flexion, the peak valgus angle, the valgus moment and the rotational torque peak of the knee athlete dribbled in 20% of the time before supporting cushioning. The common contraction ratio of the quadriceps and hamstring muscle was greater than that of the non-dribbler There was no difference in knee rotation angle and knee flexion / extension torque. Conclusion: The knee joint undergone a large joint load in female basketball players during the lateral cutting operation, which may be the reason of ACL injury.
