目的评估保山市隆阳区碘缺乏病防治现状。方法根据《碘缺乏病病情监测方案》于2011年8~11月对保山市隆阳区小学生、孕妇及哺乳期妇女进行尿碘测定,对40名非寄宿学生开展B超检查甲状腺肿大情况及测定其家中食盐碘含量,并对学生及其家长开展健康教育知晓率调查,另外采集隆阳区汉庄镇团山村东、西、南、北、中5个方位集中式供水各1份进行水碘含量测定。结果孕妇及哺乳期妇女尿碘中位数为204.87μg/L;40名学生中未发现甲状腺肿大;居民合格碘盐食用率为95.00%(38/40);学生碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率为95.56%,家庭主妇知晓率为94.81%;12名小学生尿碘中位数为333.72μg/L;水碘含量中位数为1.19μg/L,处于低浓度水平。结论保山市隆阳区总体上碘缺乏病已经得到有效控制,但在个体水平上仍然存在碘缺乏或碘摄入过量的现象。建议探索边远贫困及少数民族地区切实可行的综合防治措施,开展好人群碘营养监测技术的应用性研究。
Objective To evaluate the status of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in Longyang District, Baoshan City. Methods Urine iodine was measured in primary school students, pregnant women and lactating women in Longyang District of Baoshan City from August to November 2011 according to “Iodine Deficiency Disorders Surveillance Program”. Thirty to 40 non-boarding students were examined with B-ultrasound to detect goiter. The iodine content of salt in their home was measured, and health education awareness of students and their parents was surveyed. In addition, 1 centralized water supply was collected in 5 orientations in the east, west, south, north and south of Tuanshan Village, Hanzhuang Town, Longyang District, Determination of iodine content. Results The median urinary iodine of pregnant women and lactating women was 204.87μg / L. No thyroid enlargement was found in 40 students. The eligible rate of resident iodine salt was 95.00% (38/40). The awareness rate of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders 95.56%. The awareness rate of housewives was 94.81%. The median of urinary iodine in 12 primary school students was 333.72μg / L and the median of iodine in water was 1.19μg / L, which was at a low level. Conclusion The overall iodine deficiency disorder in Longyang District of Baoshan City has been effectively controlled. However, there is still an excess of iodine deficiency or iodine intake at the individual level. It is suggested to explore practical measures for comprehensive prevention and treatment of remote poverty and ethnic minority areas and to carry out an applied research on the iodine nutrition monitoring technology for the population.
