目前,热处理工件变形的校直方法很多。高频热点校直法是一种比较先进的校直方法。尤其是对一些尺寸较大,形状复杂的工件,用其它的方法都难以校直,而采用高频热点校直法均可得到良好的效果。现将我们几年来在生产实践中,采用高频热点校直法的一些体会介绍如下,供兄弟厂参考。一、原理:是将变形工件的局部(凸部)利用高频迅速加热到相变温度左右,使之发生物理变化和组织变化,从而起到校直的作用。
