从人胼胝中提取角蛋白,制备兔抗人角蛋白抗血清,应用免疫过氧化物酶法,观察了202例人体各种不同肿瘤中角蛋白的分布。发现鳞状上皮、移行上皮,外分泌腺导管起源之肿瘤及肌上皮瘤均含丰富的角蛋白;部分腺癌和未分化癌为弱阳性;一些双向分化肿瘤也显示阳性染色。角蛋白阴性肿瘤包括各种间叶肿瘤及神经外胚层起源肿瘤等。实验结果表踢,角蛋白可作为肿瘤鉴别诊断中的一种有用指标,而且在上皮性肿瘤的组织学发生,浸润机理等研究方面都有实用意义。
Keratin was extracted from human corpus callosum to prepare rabbit anti-human keratin antiserum. Immuno-peroxidase method was used to observe the distribution of keratin in various human tumors. Found squamous epithelium, transitional epithelium, exocrine duct origin of tumors and myoepithelioma are rich in keratin; some adenocarcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma is weakly positive; some bi-directional differentiation of tumors also showed positive staining. Keratin-negative tumors include various mesenchymal tumors and tumors of neuroectodermal origin. Experimental results table kicking, keratin can be used as a useful marker in the differential diagnosis of tumors, but also in epithelial tumor histology, infiltration mechanism and other research have practical significance.
