目的探讨糖尿病自身抗体在糖尿病诊断及分型中的价值。方法分别设定3组。1型糖尿病(T1DM)组,2型糖尿病(T2DM)组,正常对照组。采用免疫印迹试剂检测糖尿病GADA、ICA、IAA、IA-2A自身抗体后进行分析。结果 T1DM和T2DM自身抗体的阳性率高于正常对照组,与正常对照组相比较均有显著性差异P<0.05;T1DM与T2DM比较,T1DM其阳性率明显高于T2DM,比较有显著性差异P<0.05,GADA检出率最高。结论 GADA、ICA、IAA、IA-2A的测定对糖尿病的诊断和分型有重要的指导作用,联合检测能提高准确性。
Objective To investigate the value of autoantibodies against diabetes in the diagnosis and classification of diabetes mellitus. Methods were set to 3 groups. Type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) group, type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) group, normal control group. Western blotting was used to detect GADA, ICA, IAA and IA-2A autoantibodies in diabetic patients. Results The positive rates of T1DM and T2DM autoantibodies were higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05). Compared with T2DM, the positive rate of T1DM in T1DM was significantly higher than that of T2DM, with significant difference P <0.05, GADA highest detection rate. Conclusion The determination of GADA, ICA, IAA, IA-2A has an important guiding role in the diagnosis and classification of diabetes. Combined detection can improve the accuracy.
