目的探讨不良孕产中染色体异常和多态的遗传学效应。方法对573对不良孕产夫妇与同期449对非不良孕产不孕夫妇进行染色体核型分析和统计学处理。结果染色体数目异常和Yqh+在不良孕产夫妇组与非不良孕产不孕夫妇组的发生率有统计学差异;而染色体平衡易位、罗氏易位、倒位、嵌合体以及染色体inv(9)多态在两组的发生率无统计学差异。结论染色体结构异常而非数量异常是导致不良孕产的重要原因之一,染色体多态中Yqh+也可导致不良孕产,而inv(9)不会导致不良孕产。
Objective To investigate the genetic effects of chromosomal abnormalities and polymorphisms in poor pregnancy. Methods 573 pairs of unwanted couples with 449 pairs of non-pregnant women with infertile couples infertile chromosome karyotype analysis and statistical analysis. Results Chromosome number abnormality and Yqh + were significantly different in the poor couples of maternal and nonfertile couples with infertile couples. The balance of chromosomal translocations, Roche translocation, inversions, chimeras and chromosome inv (9) Polymorphism in the two groups the incidence of no significant difference. Conclusions Chromosomal abnormalities rather than abnormal numbers are one of the important causes of adverse pregnancy. Yqh + in chromosome polymorphism can also lead to poor motherhood, whereas inv (9) does not lead to poor motherhood.
