本文采用分步控温结合种子乳液共聚的新方法合成了MMA/BA/AA/HEMA无皂乳液体系,并对其粒径、耐水性以及贮存稳定性进行了研究.实验结果表明,该方法合成的无皂体系不仅固含量较高,反应稳定性和贮存稳定性较好,而且具有优良的耐水性.
In this paper, MMA / BA / AA / HEMA soap-free emulsion was synthesized by a new method of stepwise temperature control and seed emulsion copolymerization. Its particle size, water resistance and storage stability were studied. The experimental results show that the soap-free system synthesized by the method not only has high solid content, good reaction stability and storage stability, but also has excellent water resistance.
